This season, lashes take a trip back in time with a nod to starry-eyed look of the 1960s. Fake eyelashes was a huge trend since 2009, I can see that all the Hollywood celebrities are applying fake eyelashes or also known as false eyelashes in a photo shoot, on the red carpet, at parties or while they are hanging out with their friends. Basically, women nowadays would apply fake eyelashes during their day-to-day activities. Currently fake eyelashes is Malaysia's latest beauty obsession and mine too!

Some people are lucky enough to be born with beautiful long eyelashes. But for those who aren't, don't worry because we can still have those thick, fluttery and long eyelashes by going to see the Professionals and apply the permanent individual lashes extensions to our eyes, or we can go for the old-fashioned full temporary lashes route. Permanent eyelashes extensions are pretty pricey compared to the temporary lashes, though. So, why don't we go for the temporary ones.

Lets GLAMOUR UP!! Here's how to Apply!

1. Prepare your base

For realistic look, you will need to apply a liner with a smudged smokey edge as outlined.

2. Check the length

Full lashes should follow the natural line of your own lashes. So if the fake eyelashes are too long, then you

need to trim them with sharp scissors to accommodate your needs.

3. Curl your eyelashes

You need to curl your real eyelashes with an eyelash curler and put on your mascara.

4. Apply the glue

All you need is good quality eyelash glue. You hold the lashes in you hand,

and apply a very thin of glue and let it on for 1 minute. Begin with minimal amount of glue first, and adding more if needed.

5. Stick them on

You need to make sure the eyeliner you've already applied to the lashes is completely dry.

Look into a mirror and apply the lashes above your eyelashes and make sure it is

as close to your lash line as possible, following its natural curve.

6. Keep your eyes relaxed

Keep holding the lash on your eyelid with your finger, applying slight pressure so you're basically pushing it onto the lid. You can also use tweezer or a toothpick.
